I have no idea who this is but I really want to make some kind of
Chicken Sausage from her recipe.
Well I tried something of the sort. Mine was a simple chicken sauasage.
4lbs boneless skinless chicken quarters (thighs&drumsticks
1md onion diced
3 cloves garlic
2Tbps chicken seasoning. I used McCormick Monteral seasoning.
Salt & Pepper to taste
Grind it up, stuff it, cook it. Good Eats.
