In the past year I have become a cookbook freak. The Food Network doesn’t cook anymore, not really, so I have taken to books. Anyway, one of my lastest is Bobby Flay’s Burgers, Fries and Shakes. Anyways, my brother and sister-in-law came by the house, I forget why they were here, but they started asking about different kinds of cheese. Manchego, Fontina, Gruyère, Pecorino-Romano all these thing make my mouth water. So after trying to describe the taste and texture I got the urge for a field trip, they needed to see my Harmon’s. We had a ton of fun bought a bunch of cheese and came home, cracked open some crackers and ate some great cheese. Field-trips rock!!
