I applied for a different job right before Christmas.  I finally was contacted about today.  We set up an “prescreening” phone interview.  I don’t know what I was expecting, but it sure was not what I experienced.  The questions were very technical, and not having worked with Active Directory.  Anyway, my mind went blank, and I could not even think; not only that, I would be so wrapped up with a previous question that I could not focus on the current one.  Oh well it is a good thing that I have a job that really enjoy most of the time, and hobbies like this and www.wickedpepper.com which will soon be up and ready.
